Criteria:

  • Innovative use of Glia's platform for unified customer interactions across all channels.
  • Measurable impact on customer experience (i.e. CSAT, service level, CES) and operational efficiency (i.e. AHT, AWT, FCR.)
  • Proof of unified channels (i.e. percentage of customers upgrading from Chat to OnScreen Voice or Video; percentage of customers who accept digital engagements from a live agent; percentage of digital interactions completed by a bot.)
  • Creativity in leveraging Glia's full suite of features to drive automation and elevate customer experiences.

Submission Guidelines:
Your submission should focus on specific challenges, innovative solutions, and measurable results. Provide compelling evidence of how you've improved customer interactions through unified management.

Please include before and after figures where possible, and the timeframe for these results. Consider: Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score (CES), Average Handle Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate, CoBrowsing rate, GVA containment rates.
