  • Documented improvements in customer experience (CSAT, service level, CES) and digital efficiency (AHT, AWT, FCR, GVA containment/understanding rates).
  • Creativity in creating engaging and seamless digital customer journeys, especially through advanced mobile app integration and AI-powered digital workflows.

Submission Guidelines:
Your submission should focus on specific challenges, innovative solutions, and measurable results. Provide compelling evidence of how you've accelerated digital-first customer journeys.

Please include before and after figures where possible, and the timeframe for these results. Consider: digital channel adoption rates, changes in customer preference for digital vs. traditional channels, impact on customer acquisition or retention rates, GVA containment rates, CoBrowsing rates, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score (CES), operational efficiency improvements.
