Your submission should focus on specific challenges, innovative solutions, and measurable results. Provide compelling evidence of how you've enhanced agent engagement and productivity.

Please include before and after figures where possible, and the timeframe for these results. Consider: Agent Satisfaction scores, agent retention rates, Average Handle Time (AHT), Average Wait Time (AWT), First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate, agent utilization rate, service level, response time improvements.
