Submission Guidelines:
Your submission should focus on specific challenges, innovative solutions, and measurable results. Provide compelling evidence of how you've led the charge in digital-first transformation. 

Please include before and after figures where possible, and the timeframe for these results. Consider including: digital channel adoption rates, changes in customer preference for digital vs. traditional channels, impact on customer acquisition or retention rates, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, Customer Effort Score (CES), operational efficiency improvements.

  • Must be a current Glia customer
  • Implementation must have been live for at least 3 months prior to submission
